Shared Heated Pool

The pool is located between the two buildings and is heated in the winter season. There are loungers and chairs around the deck.

 

Private Covered Parking

Each unit has one dedicated reserved space and there are additional guest spots available on a first come basis.

No Smoking Property

White Cap is a NO Smoking, both inside and outside. Please respect this rule.

​

NO Pets Allowed

Only owners are permitted to have dogs on the property and dogs must be on a leash at all times. Pets are not permitted by anyone else. If this rule is not followed, you may be asked to leave and will forfeit your security deposit.

Bike Racks & Beach Chairs

Bike rentals are easy to arrange and bikes will be delivered and picked up by the rental agency. We also have locked storage in the garage for your beach chairs and toys!

Trolly Stop and Cross Walk

Newton Park is right across the street and the cross walk gets you there safely. Fort Myers Beach has a lot of pedestrian traffic and motorists will stop for you at the cross walks. The southbound trolley stop is at Newton Park and the Northbound stop is one block away, right by Publix.

One Block from Publix Grocery Store

The convenience of Publix being one block away cannot be understated!! It is a very nice store and you will be very happy to walk instead of drive if you like!!
