Q. What is the address of my condo?

A. The condo is located at 4631 Estero Boulevard A-201


Q. How far is this condo from the Fort Myers Airport?

A. Your condo is 20 miles from the airport.  ( click here for directions )

How far from is it from the Times Square area and the Fort Myers Beach fishing pier?

  1. A. White Cap is located mid-island, and is about 2.5 miles south of the Pier and Times Square.


Q. How far from the beach is White Cap?

A. White Cap is directly across the street!  There is a cross walk at the corner.

 

Q. What does my view look like?

  1. A.Your condo will have a beautiful view of the beach and gulf.


Q. Do you require a deposit?

  1. A.We require an initial Hold Deposit of $50 which is non-refundable - followed by a deposit of 25% of your total, with the remainder due 30 days before check-in.

 

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. We require a 60 day cancellation notice.  Cancellations after 60 days are non-refundable.


Q. How do I Pay?

  1. A.The first payment is the $50 Hold Deposit that is non-refundable but applied to your total payment.  This is to be paid with a credit card to hold the reservation.  The reservation deposit of 25% is due 7 business days after the Hold Deposit is paid.  You and pay with personal check, bank wire transfer or Credit Card.  Credit Card payments are accepted, but are subject to 2.5% processing fee. Upon receipt of final payment, you will be sent directions, key lock box code, and local contact phone numbers.


  1. Q.Security Deposit

  2. A. We require a $250 security deposit.  After inspection of our condo after your departure, we will issue a return of the deposit within 30 days, but usually much sooner.


Q. How do I get my keys?

  1. A.For your convenience, we have a key lock box at our front door!  After we receive your final payment,

     we will send the lock box code.  There will be another set of keys inside.


Q. What do I need to bring?

  1. A.Just your personal items. Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen, with pots & pans, blender, coffee maker, microwave, Dishes, etc. Linens, towels, etc. are provided in our unit.  We have hair dryers in each bathroom.

 

Q. What about paper products and soap?

  1. A.We have a starter set of typical needs: Toilet paper, paper towers, dish & dishwasher soap.  There is usually detergent for the washing machine.  Because the condo is considered “self-catering”  you may need to purchase additional supplies to use during your stay.

 

Q. Do I need to bring beach towels?

  1. A.No, 6 beach towels are provided for you.

 

Q. Do I need to bring beach lounges or chairs?

  1. A.No, beach lounges and chairs are provided for you in an outdoor storage locker.  The combination lock code is in your welcome binder.

 

Q. Do you have wireless internet?

A. Yes, we have complimentary internet for all of our guests.  No password is necessary.

 

Q. Can I get a light cleaning?

A. Yes, light, cleanings are available, for an additional fee, please inquire.

 

Q. Will my condo have a grill?

A. Yes, all units may share the use of two outdoor grills for barbecuing.

 

Q. Do you have cribs, playpens and strollers available?

  1. A.We have a Pac'n'Play crib with linens in the unit.  Other items such as high chairs and strollers may be rented nearby.

Q. Does my condo have a washer and dryer?

  1. A.Yes, we have an en suite laundry room.  The Whirlpool Cabrio washer uses “He” detergent.


  1. Q. What do I need to do upon Departure?

  2. A.Please remove the trash and place in the dumpster, load and run the dishwasher (no need to empty), put a load of towels in the   washing machine and start machine -  set the thermostat to 78 degrees - Lock the door and put your key back in the lock box.


  1. Q.Tell me about the Park across the Street.

  2. A. Newton Park was owned by Jim and Ellie Newton.  Their house, called “Seven Seas,” was built in 1953.  Jim Newton (1905-1999) was friends with Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Harvey Firestone, Charles Lindbergh, and others.  Lindbergh and his family were frequent visitors to the little house here at the park.  Recollections of these friendships are recorded in Jim Newton’s book, “Uncommon Friends”.  The park has picnic tables, bocce ball court and public restrooms.



Minimum age to rent is 28 years old. 

Quiet hours at the resort are from 9:00pm to 9:00am.
