Q. What is the address of my condo?
A. The condo is located at 4631 Estero.
Q. How far is my cottage from the Fort Myers Airport?
A. Your cottage is 20 miles from the airport. ( directions )
Q. Where on Fort Myers Beach is White Cap Condos and How far from is it from the Times Square area and the Fort Myers Beach fishing pier?

A. White Cap is located mid-island, and is about 2 to 3 miles south of the Pier and Times Square. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit equal to 2 nights stay.
Q. How far from the beach is White Cap?
A. White Cap is directly across the street and only steps away from the beach!
Q. What does my view look like?

A.Your condo will have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. We require a deposit of two nights stay, with the remainder due upon check in.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. We require a 60 day cancellation notice. Cancellations after 60 days are non-refundable.
Q. How do I Pay?
A. Our rental Management company, TW Rental Management will contact you to take your

deposit by Credit Card. Confirmations will be sent to you with check-in instructions, directions, information on how to get your keys, and local contact phone numbers.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Just your personal items. Dishes, linens, towels, etc. are provided in our unit.
Q. What about paper products and soap?
A. We have a starter set of everything you need. Toilet paper, paper towers, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion and coffee.
Q. Do I need to bring beach towels?
A. No, beach towels are provided for you.
Q. Do I need to bring beach lounges or chairs?
A. No, beach lounges and chairs are provided for you.
Q. Do you have wireless internet?
A. Yes, we have complimentary internet for all of our guests.
Q. Can I get a mid-week cleaning?
A. Yes, mid-week cleanings are available, for an additional $150 fee.
Q. Will my condo have a grill?
A. Yes, all units may share the use of two outdoor grills for barbecuing.
Q. Do you have cribs, playpens and strollers available?

A.There are Pac'n'Plays, high chairs and strollers may be available for your use, but we need you to request these items. If this equipment is already reserved, these items may be rented.

A.Yes, we have a laundry room.

Q.Tell me about the Park across the Street.
-
A. Newton Park was owned by Jim and Ellie Newton. Their house, called “Seven Seas,” was built in 1953. Jim Newton (1905-1999) was friends with Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Harvey Firestone, Charles Lindbergh, and others. Lindbergh and his family were frequent visitors to the little house here at the park. Recollections of these friendships are recorded in Jim Newton’s book, “Uncommon Friends”.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Quiet hours at the resort are from 9:00pm to 9:00am.
